Acupuncture is one of the main treatments provided as a part of the powerful and long-standing Traditional Chinese Medicine. We use sterile, one time use, thin sterile needles for your safety and comfort.

Treatment sessions involve listening to your health concerns, asking questions about your medical history, diet, sleep and/or lifestyle to discern the root cause of you health issues while treating your current symptoms.

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy strengthens the body’s ability to take better care of itself. From the time of our conception, our brain and nervous system is bombarded with stimuli from the world we come into. Our nervous systems ability to deal with the stimulation starts with our parents or caregivers. When changes occur good or unexpected; we all can become overwhelmed, struggle and develop physical and/or emotional issues.

CranioSacral therapy is a gentle, no more than 5 grams of pressure to help our bodies balance the the craiosacral rhythm from the bumps, bruises, falls, and shocks to our nervous system living life one day at a time. This therapy is great for infants, children, teens and adults.

How it works:
We schedule a time and set up a comfortable space of your choice (bed, couch, or chair) to provide your acupuncture treatment. Please dress comfortably and we’ll use your favorite cozy blankets and pillows so you can relax.
