Nurturing Generations

CranioSacral Therapist and Story teller whose passion is sharing her experience of walking away from violence & trauma to bring hope and healing to other trauma survivors with an integrative approach. Her 40+ year career in western medicine working with infants, children, teens, adults and the elderly taught her that healing encompasses more than the body.

Her own journey in healing began 35+ years ago studying cultural teachings throughout the globe related to healing trauma of the mind/body/soul. Realizing each person’s quality of life is a reflection of what happens from conception to the moment she meets them.

In her passion to help others with their challenges, she sought out non-traditional healers for deeper understanding and wisdom. She believes that trauma leads to isolation, anxiety, sleep issues, learning issues, abusive parenting, and weakens communities.

Nurturing Generations was created to provide integrative care to the community for those who have experienced trauma and have not found relief through traditional western medical care. My vision is to provide a new model of trauma healing that is collaborative and empowering for each individual while strengthening each family.

Our Approach

We carefully review your medical history and discuss your challenges along with your frustrations. Then, we check your pulses, tongue, blood pressure, and skin temperature. This may include a range of motion testing and/or a referral to another provider.

Our Core Values

Our process is responsive to your individual health needs leaving you feeling relaxed, supported, and rejuvenated while promoting wellness and longevity.
